Currently, I am the Chairman of Nucleon Research Pvt Ltd, a global clinical research company.
I was earlier the Managing Director of Caprihans India Ltd for over ten years. Prior to that, I held several leadership positions in India and abroad, which included - Hindustan Unilever (as General Manager), Arcelor-Mittal Germany (Managing Director), Thomas Cook (Executive Director), Essar Steel (Executive Director), and Suzlon Energy (Group CFO & Member of Global Boards).

I am a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, Company Secretary, and M Com.

I hold several Board positions, including the Board of Studies for Independent Directors, Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, Govt of India, and the SME Chamber of India.
Currently, Iam the Vice President of the EU Chambers of Commerce. He was the Immediate Past Chairman of CII Maharashtra State Council and the past Chairman of CII (Western India) for Corporate Governance & ESG.

Recently,I received two HALL OF FAME awards. They are - (i) For FINANCE from “CFO India” magazine (on Feb 23); (ii) For MANUFACTURING from “Manufacturing Today” magazine (on Sept 23).

Have written 3 business non-fiction bestsellers. They are:
(i) “Corporate Frauds: Bigger, Broader, Bolder,” published in 2022 (an Amazon Best-Seller).
(ii) “Who Blunders and How,” published in 2019, a national bestseller; and
(iii) Who Cheats & How” (published in 2015), available in English, Hindi, and Marathi languages (an Amazon Best-Seller).

I love to play badminton and table tennis and am a keen gym enthusiast.
